More about Sean Baker
Who I am
Sean Baker is a seasoned recruitment professional based in Calgary, known for his vibrant personality and passion for people. From a young age, he showcased his engaging nature through roles as MC for school events, public speaking, and performances in live theatre, improv comedy, and music.
Starting his recruitment career in 2012, Sean has worked for two national firms, specializing in turnkey solutions for contingent recruiting. Helping clients of all sizes to find great employees in roles ranging from shop floor hourly positions to Directors and VPs.
In 2024, Sean embarked on a new venture by founding his recruitment firm, "Modern Recruitment," to provide innovative and tailored recruitment solutions.
Outside of work, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He volunteers with several professional associations and can often be seen attending networking events and conferences.
